  DO NOT use If you are a Small Business.. Owners BEWARE!!! You will not be treated fairly vs. larger customers if you do not have tons of money sitting in your account at all times. We had previously been a happy/ loyal customer until we were stripped of essential business services we always had access to and used appropriately because someone up top decided we weren’t big enough of a company to utilize them anymore. Two hours later we were approved for the same services with another bank happy to have our business. Just goes to show you asinine people making the decisions at the top at Empire. There was no reason to lose us as a customer but they didn’t really care. They will never receive our referrals or good praise again. Good luck!

  Owners Stephen and Jennifer Condon paid with a fake check for their heating oil delivery, and ripped off a local small business. I wouldn't trust them with anything.

  These people overdrafted me $60 never sent me a letter or notify me then I deposited a $1,500 check from Chase personal that I always deposit every other month from the same person and they will not clear it for 2 days they say no explanation for any of their actions then I sat on the phone with corporate for about 2 hours when I explain to them that the money was for a trick that I was going on today they said since I wasn't taking a plane I could always go tomorrow the audacity of these people is unbelievable I have to put myself on hold as they figure out where my money is like they're printing it 1 top of that they already have taken the money that I owed them that they say I owe them from an overdraft that never took place going to take my money and go to different bank I would refer other people to do the same there's no need for a bank with no consistency when you are in dire need of your own money if I can give them a zero Stars I would for Less-0

  I went to Marlin for my business insurance. Ken took a look at what I had and worked some magic. He got me better coverage and saved me over a grand a year. Ken now handles my homeowners, vehicle, business, workers Comp and Disability. I can't say enough good things about my experience and it's INSURANCE we're talking about! PS - he saved my brother a ton of money too.
